After the first inning on the Jimmies May 16th game Tokimasa Yano was heard saying "Oh that's good stuff". Was it indeed good stuff. Out after out Héctor Silva kept the despised Rockville Pikemen off the hit board. After each out it was like Silva was saying "Next!" The end result was reminiscent of the legendary Seinfeld character, The Soul Nazi, with Silva telling the Pikemen "No Hits for You!" as he hurled the 6th no hitter in Jimmies history.

Silva has had a rough start to the 2059 season. Coming into the game he was 3-3 with a 5.33 ERA. Much of that inflation of stats coming from surrendering 10 runs in an inning and a third vs Chicago 2 games prior to the no hitter. There was no doubt in this one as he was cruising. "After the game against Chicago Juan (Parades, Jimmies pitching coach) and I went back and worked on my delivery. The sessions seemed to help out, I had a good game against New Orleans a few days ago. Now I got the no hitter. I've got to say thanks to the guys on the field for making some great plays behind me" said an excited Héctor Silva.

As mentioned earlier this was the 6th no hitter in Jimmies history and the first no hitter since former Jimmie Marcos Gonzáles tossed two no hitters in 2051 against Boise and Jacksonville. Other having thrown no hitters for the Jimmies include Dan Small against Jacksonville in 2047, Bill Constable in 2046 against Atlantic City, and Mario Méndez against New Orleans in 2031.

When the random guys do it, seems like luck. When an ace does it, seems like an achievement.
