Early Design Mock-Ups Released to Press

Edmonton Jackrabbits' management today released some early designs for a new 45,000 seat stadium to be constructed at the new site at the old Northland Race Track next year. The new ballpark, which has yet to be named, will be an open air grass ballpark that will comfortable seat 45,000 fans with an overhanging roof in left field, a large, Green monster style wall in right and will abut the Edmonton Expo Centre with a plaza in rightfield as well. Mock-ups were provided to the press last night.
