Once again the Jackrabbits, by all accounts, are not expecting too much team-wise, although they should be improved this season. But meanwhile, there are some guys on the roster who will still provide some production. This feature will look back on the previous week and identify some standout performances.
JACKS OF THE SIM - SIM #11
Ewww...this is getting kind of gross now. The Jackrabbits avoided the 1-6 Sims that were beating them down...by playing only 6 games. The 1-5 feels kind of refreshing when you look at it that way. The Hares dropped the last game of a series vs Boise, though they did win the first two games in the last Sim. It was no mas in Mexico and the first 2 games of a Calgary series were split.

This is the first time we've mentioned the lefty the team moved to the bullpen this year. He has put up decent numbers, though, and grabs the JotS for this Sim. Milley appeared in 5 of the teams 6 games tossing 5 innings allowing on 2 hits and 1 walk while striking out 7, all good for a 1.80 ERA and .060 WHIP.

Hey, the backup catcher makes an appearance...which is nice for him but depressing for the staff here. Owens appeared in 4 games, starting one, and slashed .429/.429/.571 with a double, 3 RBI, and scoring once.
