BW 2005 vol. 03 - Team update

Well, after a few tweaks to the pitching staff (see Clarence Mitchell) the team is starting to surge. The Bishops currently trail the EBA leading Brussels Eagles by 6.0 games (London Home Page). The recent in season pickup of SP Phil Leftwich has helped the cause as the 36 year old righty has compiled a 1-1 record along with a 3.00 ERA through 3 games. The Bishop front office is very limited by what they are able to do the remainder of the way as cash is tight but expect quite a few midseason promotions to keep things interesting.
