With events of the past few days, I'm figuring someone should be posting this one.

With the preseason sim finished, it's that's time of year again. Let's get a good turnout. As always, new GMs are strongly encouraged to take a team because: 1) It's a pretty easy chunk of PP. 2) More importantly it's a good way to learn about the league. UMEBA previews are also welcome.

We'll have division previews in the media guide as usual, but that doesn't mean you can't do your own.

You have until before sim 1 for full credit, and until sim 3 for any credit.

We usually allow a short while for others to jump in. So I'll give you Atlantic City for now, and if no one claims HNT or SA I'll assign you them tomorrow.

Good luck trying to figure out my pitching staff. I have 28 pitchers in camp and honestly have no clue how it's going to shake out myself.

Hey, I’d like to do Boise and, if nobody else takes them, Jacksonville (because I like to see what I’m up against and I really enjoy plunging myself into a deep depression).

I'll try to get one done. Will pick a team when I'm sure I can. Limited time as it is, but working on the Media Guide article has my attention at the moment.

If someone is interest in Montreal I will return the favor and do an article on their team.

I've got some time today... I'm going to do a quick write up on the Sluggers.

Since I've already got a preview coming, I'll make you a pass it on deal. I'll do Montreal, you pick another team, and we'll see if we're can get a chain going.

With no takers, put me down for the other two (Huntsville and San Antonio)...I'm more than happy to crank out whoever else goes unclaimed, just let me know so I don't step on any toes of who hasn't chimed in yet. I'll gladly take the PP and it'll help me get to know the rest of the league better.

I'm just going to copy straight from the media guide, reference a thesaurus a few times and maybe toss in a random Kierkegaard quote or obscure Neutral Milk Hotel lyric and hope no one notices.
