Could the first 18 teams let me know who they plan on selecting, just for the 1st round, so I can more easily create my list for Wednesday. Either that, or take just long enough so I can make my pick after I get home from work.

Thank you!

I would prefer that all of those teams skip. You too.

If that was an option, I would certainly consider it if the compensation was there....

Normally I'd agree. And no way Id have used the 4th pick on one. But with the game allowing Relievers to get 100 innings now it seems, nabbing a guy that should be a sure fire 2-3 WAR guy is hard to pass up. I thought there was too much risk and gamble in some of the other guys and just went with what I felt was a sure fire thing in Ngo. If I can get 100 innings out of de' Medici and Ngo apiece and both earn 3.0 WAR that's going to make for a very tough pitching staff in Portland.

At least that's what we're selling to the fans! haha

When I read your TN, it made sense. But you could just do that with a SP like I did with Constable year 1.

My best SP prospect in my in bullpen now. And another guy I like a lot as a SP who should be in the rotation next year. If we are gonna have a ton of SP's, I might as well use them to build a cheap bullpen the old school way and put them in the rotation after a year or two. Probably keeps the arbitration numbers down too which I can get on board with.

ATC's pick makes my decision coming up substantially easier. Was really struggling with the idea of taking another low EN pitcher.

New Orleans is up and the draft clock is on.

It's been an interesting draft so far. I'll be writing both articles this year.

So, instead of blaming you for taking my guy, I should blame ATC?

I was really torn on my own pick. Hopefully I made the right choice.
