Each UMEBA team that lost a player or players in the Rule 6 Draft may replace that player with a Rule 5 eligible player (designated in game by "#") from the BBA team that drafted their player in the Rule 6 Draft. The Rule 7 Draft uses the same draft order as the upcoming Amateur Draft. For teams that lost multiple players in the Rule 6 Draft, subsequent picks will follow the initial round in the order of the upcoming Amateur Draft. Players drafted in the Rule 7 Draft will be assigned directly to the major league roster of the UMEBA team that drafted them.

1. Baghdad Kings - Pick any # player from the Twin Cities River Monsters
2. Beirut Cedars - Pick any # player from the San Fernando Bears
