Am I missing something? When I look at the weighted column the order is wrong. Shouldn't Valencia be 2 and Havana 3, etc?

Looking at the spreadsheet I think I'm 11th.

I don't understand this order, I have 73.8 weighted wins, but I pick after Montreal who has 93.1 weighted wins

I just came here to talk about how great this order looks. If I can climb to almost .500 and still pick 3rd I'm ecstatic.

Based on the weighted wins in the spreadsheet, here is the unofficial order. You know it would be fun if we did some sort of draft lottery. It would further deter tanking and I'm sure it would promote some fun filled fodder from the belly achers who feel there is a conspiracy against them.
