An Open Letter to the Development Gods
Dear Felix Vidaca, (or the powers that OOTP Be)
It has come to our attention that, once again, your development report has shown unhappy circumstance:
2061-10-27
Stuff Potential decreased from 7 to 6
Stuff decreased from 7 to 6
Stuff vs R decreased from 7 to 6
Stuff vs L decreased from 7 to 6
Hold decreased from 7 to 6
Before that it was the Cutter and the Slider falling off. The Ground Ball percentage. And in the spring there was that thing with the Stuff and Home Runs.
This is annoying.
Please stop.
Please wait at least one more season, after your $14M is paid up and well earned to fade into the BBA coaching sunset. That would be good. If nothing else, please read the long and winding plethora of TN and other such missives that have been coming out of the Bikini front office for the past several days. While each is worth a huge two (or whatever) points, we are not like Phoenix (@jiminyhopkins). They are not all just frivolous jaw flapping for the more capitalistic elements of the PPT grist. We are in serious pain here. The decision is not simple, and you're continued slide down the path is adding to that pain. If we get this wrong, maybe the whole team crumbles.
So, really.
