How Will Team Replace (Thinking) Capp?

Capp's Shoulder Grows
Two Sizes Too BigApril 5, 2063 "I'm not going to lie, losing our Brain is going to make things more difficult going forward," said field manager Kate Fiscus after receiving news that her reliever, 6'4", 200 lb. Brain Capps had been diagnosed with inflammation of the shoulder and would be shut down for at least two months, perhaps longer. "I admit I'm always drawn to a big Brain."
The team had high hopes for the righthander, who, after a bit of a tough 2062, had started his second season by posting a scoreless spring training. He lasted only ten pitches, giving up a run-scoring double to Sonny Bigelow, then striking out Jason Steward before complaining about tightness in the shoulder.
"I feel like crap," Capps said while icing the shoulder. "It's really annoying because I worked out so much this off season. Dr. Izzy is a good guy, but I don't like hearing what he's got to say. It's kind of like spinning out on the pace lap of the Indy 500."
Is Vasquez Next In Line?
The Krill front office has not yet made a transaction to fill the reliever's roster spot, but rumors around the team is that Capps will be placed on the 60-day Injury List, and 22-year-old Tony Vasquez, who also had a solid spring, will be promoted to the Krill's lineup. Vasquez allowed one run in seven innings this spring, striking out two and walking one. He was apparently a late cut by the team after suffering issues with a fingernail. He's registered 1 save and a 2.25 ERA in four innings with Pasco to date.
