Chasing The Storm 2046-7 At least the defense was solid?

It can't all be negativity, right?? Well, people who say that probably weren't forced to watch all of Seattle's 2046 season. However, even in that terrible, awful, season, Seattle had two players have excellent defensive seasons. As per these very handy calculations both Pedro Martinez and Alejandro Cardova led the league in Defensive Runs Saved at their respective positions, which is certainly something to be (minimally) proud of.

On the season, Seattle's defense was just slightly above average, but that appears to be a function mostly of subpar defense in centerfield from Alexander Julyan. On the whole, Seattle's defense was probably the only thing that Seattle fans can be even marginally happy about for this disaster of a season, but Julyan's potential decline in proficiency in center has to be at least a little bit concerning for Seattle fans.

Will Julyan need to move to a corner in the upcoming seasons? If he does, where will he go? Will he kick someone else out of their position and send them to the bench? Even more importantly, who will Seattle's next centerfielder end up being? These are all questions that need to be answered at some point in the not too distant future, but for now, we can simply say that Seattle will have a ton of questions that will need to be answered in the not-so-distant future.
