Chasing The Storm 2037-3: Sim 8 Review

Don't look now, but it appears that the Seattle Storm have begun to play much better! In their most recent performance, the Storm went 5-2, and outscored their opponents 38-31. Seattle now has a record of 27-21. Let's take a look at some of Seattle's best and worst performers from the most recent sim.

TOP PERFORMERS: John Hickman was scorching at the plate. He started all 7 games, and in 25 at-bats, he posted an OPS of 1.241. Juan Escobar continued to quietly perform, as he posted a .915 OPS in the 4 games that he started. On the mound, Axel Angwin was fantastic. Angwin had struggled a bit earlier this season, but he was perfect this past week, as he made 4 appearances, recorded 4 saves, and did not allow an earned run. That will work in the future.

WORST PERFORMERS: In his one relief outing, Zoraide Anto struggled, to put it mightily. In one inning, he gave up 4 earned runs. For those of you counting at home, that's an ERA of 36. It's hard to do too much worse than that. At the plate, Pat Crum cooled off from his previously hot start. In his 7 starts, Crum posted an OPS of only .534.
