We all know OOTP has their own rankings for prospects, and a lot of the times they look silly. So, I took my system and did a little ranking of my own. Using, as we do, the 20-80 system:

Looks not unreasonable, though I think 17 year olds are so angsty to project high when the have holes and so far to go.
