GM: "Ok everyone. It's been a better week lately but yea it should come as no surprise that I am indeed disappointed with where the Hustlers are in the standings right now. Yes?"
Soik: "Well can you elaborate on why the team is mired down where they are?"
GM: "Bundle of joy as always huh Lindsey. Well as a matter of fact we have looked at some things but as far as the real reason the team is under .500 it really can be out down to 2 primary factors. Our starting pitching is struggling more than it should be and well we have just flat out been unlucky. If pyth is to be believed we should be sitting comfortably at 20-15 which would be good enough for 3rd place only a couple games back of 2nd. As far as the pitching side of things our bullpen is struggling more than normal but is still in the top 5 but the starters rank in the bottom half of the league. A lot of that will just even out over time but when combined with our bad luck, I mean seriously 3-10 in one run games?, its been bad news."
Goldie: "A lot of changes were made recently. Are there more plans for change?"
GM: "Well I can't really just come out and say what we are eyeing but there have been talks here and there about a few different moves. At the end of the day if our pitching continues to struggle that might be an area we address via trade. The offense seems fine and is plenty young."
Soik: "There have been 2 extensions in the bullpen for Javier Garcia and Augate Balun. Shawn Huber is headed for a player option this offseason. Have there been any talks to extend him to lock in that option year?"
GM: "Yes there have been talks. Details cannot be released at this time. Just know that we love what Huber brings to the team and would be thrilled if he stayed with the team throughout the duration of his career. Keep your eyes peeled on that transaction log folks. Now if you'll excuse me. I have some calls to make."

That's what I'm afraid of. The Hustlers (and Outlaws) will NOT be in the bottom half of the division when it's all said and done.
