Calgary Crier - Vol. 1, issue V
The Maurauders finished the season strong winning its last two games despite already being out of wild card contention. The teams 86 wins was 5th in the MBBA. "The club never game up," said GM Ross Grooters, who battled rumors he was on the hot seat early in the season after a slow start.
The club scored 686 runs on the season good for 9th in the FL. But, where the club really shined was on the mound where the clubs 630 runs allowed was second in the league.
Lee Plemel
Five players finished the season with double didgit wins for Calgary including 15 game winner Allan Izatt and 19 game winner Lee Plemel.
Dan Pavia
While the offense was not the best, Dan Paiva was super in 39 late season games and 46 at-bats. His averages of .391/.472/.804 where incredible.
Unfortunately none of these performances was enough to catch the wild card Kernels.

Great pitching. And top to bottom the Frick Pacific is the strongest division, or at least the most competitive.

I was surprised with how the season went... I thought I would be in last and LV might be in second after the first couple months of the season.recte44 wrote:Great pitching. And top to bottom the Frick Pacific is the strongest division, or at least the most competitive.
