Crawdad Chronicles 57.01 - New Orleans calls up 2 way prospect Guenette

New Orleans called up LF/RP Tom Guenette.

Guenette, a former scouting discovery from canada in 2051 is named the #6 prospect in the game, and instantly becomes a candidate for ROY in teh BBA.

Since being called up, Guenette has .285 with 4 HRs. Guenette has alsoi been a pitching prospect, and has average pitching ratings, however in his last 3 minor league stops, his pitching has not lived up to the hype.

Before joining the crawdads this season he rocketed up from AA Corpus Chrisie where he hit .397 in 18 games, AAA Havana where he hit .361 in 19 gmes. Now he is with the crawdads and for now, he will be the crawdads everyday left fielder. His fielding is just average. Perhaps a tad below average. Long term, the crawdads might need to move him over to first base. But for now, he will continue in left and hopefully find a way to not be a negative to the team out there.

Relief converting his pitching ratings would definitely make him useful in that regard. Love his hitting ratings!

I dont disagree.....but the game wont let me put him in the bullpen lineup for some reason.

When I had Paul Kemp in Tokyo, there was a strategy setting that allowed him to be a two way player. For some reason it let me have him as a LF and RP at the same time.
