One of these names probably isnt familiar to the rest of the BBA.

While on a family vacation to British Columbia, Crawdads GM Jim Roberts stopped by a local high school and ran into Tom Guenette. His 88MPH fastball was impressive.

But then he saw him hit. Wow. He's an even better hitter Roberts thought to himself. And quickly he signed him to an offer sheet - and Guenette reported to the interanational league comples in March 2051.

Guenette is now the 14th ranked prospect in the league, based largly on his bat. He isnt a great fielder, but he gets it done at 3B.

In 2054, Guenette started 12 games, went 2-2 with a 3.61 ERA. But he also hit .341 with 7 HRs in 48 games in Rookie ball.

Quite the 2 way star is blossoming in New Orleans. GM Jim Roberts noted that at some point we may need to decide to focus on his glove or his pitching - but for now, we'er going to keep an eye on him and see how he develops.
