New Orleans set out this year with one goal...play .500 baseball. This goal officially came to an end with an 6-5 loss to Birmingham on Wednesday. Team GM Jim Roberts sais "Its disappointing to have another losing season, but we have made great strides, have a good young nucleus offensively, and we hope to be even better next year"
Its true, Reggie Morales, Lindsay Jaquinto, Connor Keeley, Tipper Kengos and Last years rookie of the year Christopher Terry, offensively the Crawdads are near the best in the league. With Wiesberger on board from the start of the season, Dedaux coming back, and a couple good young arms in the bullpen, if the Crawdads can pick up a couple key pecesw through FRree agency, they should be on their way to being competative next season.
