Series Recap Kernels vs Madison Wolves– April 2035
April 22 2035. The Kernels scored one run in the third inning, two runs in the sixth inning, and one run in the seventh inning. The Kernels scored a total of 4 runs off of 7 hits. The Madison Wolves only managed to score one run in the fourth inning off of 7 game hits. The Kernels won 4 to 1 over the Wolves. Kernel’s starting pitcher, Elwood Blues, earned his second win of the season, going 7 innings, giving up five hits, one run and two walks. Blues was named the player of the game. Wolves’ starting pitcher, Jody Nunez, had his third loss of the season, going 5.2 innings, giving up four hits, three runs, and one walk. Kernel’s first baseman, William Moreland hit his 300th home run, batting in 2. Kernel’s left fielder, Joao Silva, hit a solo home run.


April 23, 2035. The Madison Wolves scored one run in the third inning, and one run in the eighth inning. The Wolves scored a total of 2 runs off of 9 hits. The Kernels only managed to score one run in the ninth inning off of 9 game hits. Kernel’s starting pitcher, Don Bird, had his second loss of the season, going 6.1 innings, giving up seven hits, one run, and one walk. Wolves’ starting pitcher, Ricardo Ortiz, earned his first win of the season, going 8.1 innings, giving up five hits, one run, and two walks. Ortiz was named the player of the game.


April 24, 2035
. The Madison Wolves scored one run in the first inning, and three runs in the sixth inning. The Wolves scored a total of 4 runs off of 8 hits. The Kernels again only managed to score one run in the second inning off of 8 game hits. Wolves’ catcher, Luis Barrera, hit a 2 run homer in the sixth inning. Kernel’s starting pitcher, Ragnar Lothbrok, had his third loss of the season, going 5.2 innings, giving up seven hits, four runs, and zero walks. Wolves’ starting pitcher Alfredo Granados, earned his second win of the season, going 7 innings, giving up eight hits, one run, and zero walks. Granados was named the player of the game.
