Young Gets 300

San Antonio Outlaws Closer, Dillon Young, reached a career milestone this week by securing his 300th Save. Young came on in the 9th to get the last 3 outs in a April 2nd game against the Phoenix Talons and helped secure the 4-2 Outlaws Win and give FA SP Bonaventure Habermas his first victory in an Outlaws uniform.

Most of Young's Saves came during his 10 year stay in Montreal (289). Youngs's best season came in 2030 when he produced a dominant 42 Saves with a 2.69 ERA. Young pitched 70.1 Innings, ammased 95 K's with only 25 BOB's, and fininshed in 3rd place for the 2030 Jason Egan JL Reliever Award.

Young beamed like a proud papa after the game "I am very proud to have reached 300 Saves in the BBA, I think it speaks volumes about my effectiveness and longevity on the grandest stage of sports. I am also relieved to have this personal goal out of the way and just concentrate on helping the San Antonio Outlaws reach the playoffs this seaon.

New Manager, Travis McDermott, expressed his opinion in a very simplistic manner when he said "Congrats to Dillon" and then went into the lockerroom.

The next mliestone on watch for San Antono is Juan Fernandez who needs 58 Runs to reach the 1000 mark.
