The Birmingham Bandits, currently in possession of the #12 farm system, have a number of unheralded players who may at some point belong on the top 100 prospect list. Birmingham doesn't have the superior prospects of other teams, and has no prospect in the top 30 overall, but has four players in the top 100 Baseball America prospects. Currently, that list consists of Hank Rayman, Jesus Ramos, Bobby Norton and Larry Crawford.
In addition, Birmingham has some of the more promising minor league relief prospects in the league, with the triumverate of Josh Oliver, Mario Diaz and Ramiro Lopez presenting a very promising future for the Birmingham bullpen.
Five years ago, Birmingham's farm was among the worst in the MBBA. Now, the farm has depth and breadth and a number of players worth considering. In the following several years, Birmingham hopes that several players in the farm bear fruit. The following will detail the various levels of the Bandits' organization, and hopefully show its value.

Re: Birmingham Organizational Overview
Will be interesting to watch BIR the next few years, can Aaron get them back to being a powerhouse?
