Hawks GM Justin Niles knew when he took over the club way back at the end of 2030 that it would be a slow and steady rebuild and that it would be many years before he could even dream of reaching the “.500 mark” on his career where he finally would have won just as many games as he had lost.
After beginning his career 142-205 during the rebuilding seasons of 2031 and 2032, Niles finally broke through in 2033 with his first winning season and has not looked back since. The club has not only impressed their record each season with Niles at the helm, but are also in the driver’s seat of the Heartland currently.
Omaha’s record by year(With Niles):
2030: 9-14
2031: 64-98
2032:69-93
2033: 82-80
2034: 82-81
2035:88-74
2036: 98-64
2037: 87-63(Current record)
While they are not on pace to eclipse last season’s 98 win total, they are on pace for a respectable 94 wins. More importantly, Omaha has already clinched its 5th winning season in a row.
Niles currently has a career win-loss record of 654-656. He should cross the mark before the remaining 12 games are played.

nice job, sometimes it takes awhile to get to .500 especially when you inherit a struggling organization.

Congrats!
That's a great milestone, especially considering where Indy was when you picked up the reins.
