Eduardo González
"It feels like coming home. I wore a Blazers uniform for twenty seasons. I look forward to giving back to the organization that gave me such a wonderful career. I've already talked with pitching coach Daniel De La Garza and hitting coach Mike Garlick, who are legendary at what they do. I think my background will complement theirs and give our youngsters another perspective on what it takes to succeed in professional baseball."
González hit .283/.341/.514 (126 OPS+) with 829 doubles, 58 triples, 554 home runs, and 1946 RBIs in his career. His number 32 is retired by Montreal.
