Is 23 years old too young to be described as a journeyman? Especially if said player hasn't made it to the big leagues yet?

Harry Spurlock
Harry Spurlock, a right-handed pitcher, was originally selected out of high school in the first round of the 2055 draft by Boise with a signing bonus of $6,000,000.
A year later Spurlock was traded to Nashville, where he threw a no-hitter for their Single-A team in 2059 and was named the #88 BBA prospect by BNN.
In 2061, disappointed that he was unsuccessful at increasing his velocity in their development lab, Nashville waived him after the season. He was promptly claimed by Twin Cities.
Now he has been waived yet again and Montreal came calling. To cement their claim, Montreal traded Bor-zeng Cai to Twin Cities to ensure their rights to Spurlock.
Joining his fourth organization in seven years, Spurlock will slot into the AAA New Jersey rotation. He brings a four-pitch repertoire with him, led by his plus fastball that sits around 95-97 mph. He complements this with a decent slider, an average sinker, and a below average changeup. He features plus movement but struggles with his control. Scouts speak highly of Spurlock's work ethic.
Last season in AA, he made 27 starts, going 13-13 with a 3.31 ERA (128 ERA+).
