Montreal held a press conference today to introduce their new left fielder, 34-year-old António López. López played for the Rocky Mountain Oysters last season, starting 112 games and batting .330/.350/.423 with 14 stolen bases. The Blazers have been in search of a left-handed hitting outfielder who can cover the vast real estate in Ubisoft Field, and they are confident that they have found their man with António López. He is capable of playing all three outfield positions.
António López
López was a second round pick by Des Moines in the 2045 amateur draft. He is reputed to be a real spark plug in the clubhouse, with scouts very high on his work ethic, intelligence, and adaptability.
