The Montreal Blazers announced today via billboards and their twitter account that they have lowered the ticket prices for 2051. Last year the Blazers charged $17 per ticket, after the poor product put on the field and to try and get fans to games, the Blazers announced they have lowered ticket prices to $12.The Blazers averaged 36,225 per game last year. "I know our fans were disappointed with the product we put on the field last year. So us in the front office figured it was only fair to pay those fans back by slashing the ticket prices for 2051. The cheaper tickets will also give the fans the chance to come checkout the new look Blazers in person for less" said Assistant GM Ryan Sherratt.

Today the Blazers also announced that they have promoted pitching coach Allen Mendoza from AAA New Jersey to Montreal. Mendoza has been with the Blazers organizations for the past 7 seasons, all of those with the AAA New Jersey Devils, which of course included the championship season of 2047. Other changes to the staff included signing Doug Watts as the bench coach and Ryan Sherratt as Assistant GM.
