Game 1
CCJ 0
MON 5(1-0)

17 game winner Dani Garcia dominated the Jimmies for seven plus innings in front of a packed house at Ubisoft field. The Blazers' starter allowed just four hits and one walk before giving way to Roberto Frias who gave up just two hits while getting the final five outs to preserve the shut out. Peter Crocker and Lineu Aldo jumped on Johnson League Pitching Triple Crown winner Bill Constable in the bottom of the first inning with back to back homers to give the home team all of the offense Garcia would need.

Game 2
CCJ 6(1-1)
MON 2

Charm City leadoff man Tomas Guillen tripled on the first pitch he saw from Don Jaramillo and later scored on a sac fly giving the Jimmies an early lead. Montreal tied the game in the bottom of the third when Gilberto Villanueva doubled and later scored on a Coy Skinner single. The Jimmies brake the game open plating two runs in each the fourth and fifth innings highlighted by a two run homer from Jesus Valenzuela and a solo shot from Guillen. Jim Wilkenson got the win while Jaramillo gave up six runs in five and a third innings in the loss.

Game 3
MON 8(2-1)
CCJ 0

On the road the Blazers got off the bus hitting as Skinner led off the game with a single and came around on a Manoell Whanon homer before most Charm City faithful were even in their seats. That's all the visitors would need as Juan Ruiz pitched eight shut out innings followed by a scoreless ninth from stopper Carlton Casson. Four Montreal hitters would finish with two hits including Whannon and Skinner.

Game 4
MON 3
CCJ 7(2-2)

Tied 3-3 the home town Jimmies took the lead for good with a three run homer by Gonzalo Martinez in the bottom of the seventh. The go ahead homer was a line drive that settled into the stands 421 feet away from home plate. Two batters later Jesus Valenzuela hit a solo homer that landed about 40 feet directly in front of where Martinez's ball landed. Trailing 3-0 the Blazers tied the score on a two run homer by Joe Bradshaw in the fifth and an RBI single by Whanon in the seventh. Luis Rojas blew the save but still managed to get the win for the Jimmies while veteran In-sung Yi gave up the deciding homer and was pegged with the loss.

Game 5
MON 14(3-2)
CCJ 5

Montreal's bats exploded for 14 runs, 17 hits, and eight walks as they took a 3-2 game advantage heading back home. Cesar Feliciana led the way with two homers and six RBI while Jaramillo bounced back from his game two start to get the win in game five. Eight of the nine Blazers starters got at least one hit in the blowout. Wilkenson took the loss while Jaramillo got the win.

Game 6(13 INN)
CCJ 5(3-3)
MON 3

Trailing 2-0 heading to the bottom of the ninth Montreal scored two runs to send the game to extra innings thanks to a two run single from Eduardo Gonzalez with one out. The game would turn for Montreal when rookie Davey Penn entered the game in the top of the 13th with two runners on. Veteran Wilson Andrade said hello with a first pitch dinger to straight away center that would give the Jimmies a three run lead. Greg Barker, the seventh Charm City pitcher of the game, allowed the first two Blazers to reach base in the bottom of the inning before retiring the side on three consecutive pop ups.

Game 7
CCJ 1(4-3)
MON 0

In an instant classic that is sure to be replayed for years to come on the BBA Network and ESPN the Ocho, the Jimmies rode a dominating performance from Constable and the bullpen to pull off the game seven upset over the Blazers in Montreal. It was the first time in the series a team had won back to back games. Back to back doubles from Guillen and Andrade off of Ruiz to start the game scored the only run of the contest. Constable allowed just three hits in his five plus innings while Ruiz allowed the one run in seven. The Jimmies bullpen was the real story of the game as Nevarez, Rojas, and Gonzalez combined for three and two-thirds innings of perfect baseball. Gonzalez threw only eight pitches in the bottom of the ninth and struck out rookie Skinner swinging on three pitches.
