June saw the Blazers start off with 11 straight games on the road, going 5-6 in the process. The Blazers were led by 21 year old 2B Lineu Aldo in both batting average and homerun, while being 2nd on team in RBI. Aldo could be classified as a major surprise so far this season, having played all of last season in AAA New Jersey. "We knew Aldo would be good and he had a decent season last season in Jersey, we didn't expect him to start off he season this strong though" said GM Jeffrey Everroad.

So far the struggling has been the pitching. 27 year old Drees Geestman is the leader across the board (W, ERA, K). But that has been the one lone bright spot for the Blazers. No other pitcher is under 5.0 on the ERA scale.
