Montreal Dominates Boise 2040.4
Montreal finally found a team they can actually beat and that's the Boise Spuds. They finished their season with Boise going 6-2 against the Spuds. They finished with a +9 RD against Boise and won the last 5 games head to head. Montreal has been hands down the better team in 2040 as they have compiled a 48-67 record and Boise is only 45-70 on the season. Manager Tomas Valdez said they like to roll out these big names like French and Roman but we have baseball players here in Montreal not superstars. We hope Boise don't forget what Montreal did to them this year.
When reaching out to GM Kevin Spencer on why he would authorize such a release of this article to the media he had no comment. But he did say its been too quiet on the boards lately and he just wanted to "stir the pot"

Love it! Could this be the rivalry I've been yearning for?
Tater Tots vs Poutine
French Canadian fur trappers vs French Canadians
Bottom-Dwellers vs Bottom-Dwellers
BOISE VS MONTREAL

Then it is done.
Henceforth, despite being 2000 miles apart and in different countries, the Montreal Blazers and Boise Spuds are officially rivals!

Well everyone in the BBA is about 2,000 miles from Montreal so that don't matter. I guess my goal is simple the rest of this season finish with more than 1 win than Boise and avoid being classified with the rest of you losers.

Boys, boys. Don't be mean to each other. Take your example from the positive, constructive relationship between Chicago and Portland ... oh, wait ...

@recte44, is there a way to thumb down a comment?

Re: Montreal Dominates Boise 2040.4
Edmonton/Calgary - natural Canadian rivalry
Mexico City/Las Vegas - BFFs rivalry
Phoenix/Las Vegas - natural geographic rivalry
San Antonio/Mexico City - natural geographic rivalry
That leaves Wichita and Boise without a rivalry. Ideally Wichita and Omaha duke it out but that's gone by the wayside now with the non-interleague play. There's nothing that connects the two of us (other than incredibly good looking General Managers) and, while I adore Stu, he's not nearly active enough on the forum to get the most out of a rivalry. So why not Montreal?
Hell, don't you want the Frontier to beat up on the Atlantic? You should be green-lighting this.

All the best rivalries include pig shit and Loserville, to be redundant.

Some people just can't handle being on the (soon to be) wrong side of a rivalry.
