The Bears franchise continued to fill out their team HOF as they announced the induction of another longtime franchise legend who has already earned induction into the BBA Hall of Fame. Leftfielder Frank Boerner was the engine behind some truly incredible Buffalo offenses in the 1980s, and while he finished up his career with 3 seasons in Calgary, he is always going to be associated with the franchise where he got his start and made a name for himself. For much of the franchise history you could sum up the franchise leaderboards with 4 names: Steve Nebraska and Amen Mitrani on the mound with Boerner and Jeremy Hunter on offense. Although the offensive leaderboard has seen some shakeups in recent years, Boerner is recognized as the trailblazer who paved the way and gave all who followed marks to shoot for.
