Nine Minor Leaguers within Gamblers Organization File for Free Agency

Nine players in the Atlantic City Gamblers organization have officially filed for free agency. Each player was reportedly offered a minor league extension, which has been customary since GM Joshua Biddle took the reigns of the franchise, but decided to test their options in trying to land a job with a BBA team. Of the players filing, four played for Class-AAA Brooklyn, one played for Class-AA Trenton, three played for Class-A Long Island, and one signed a minor league deal but did not appear in a game for the organization.
