Valencia Stars Report: 8-10 (.444) # 2

The Stars started the season having two different results for the first two weeks...On week one the Stars did great going 7-2 but in week two the Stars looked horrible and ended up with a 1-8 record..Overall 8-10 for the season but what a werid way to start...
DH Lon Hoch has been hot so far...In the last two weeks he has had two 4 hit games...
Hoch goes 4-5 against the Phoenix Talons, with 1 RBI and 1 runs scored, then Hoch goes 4-5 against the Omaha Barnstormers, with 3 RBI and 1 runs scored. Overall Hoch is hitting .383, 4 doubles, 3 homers and 13 rbi's.......
SP DEVON HYNGARY started his 17 year with the Stars...The Stars cut him during the off season and worked out a one year deal for him to come back...Hyngary now has 190 wins and is shooting for 200 wins by the year end...Its all possible and the Stars are giving him the shot to get it...Hyngary so far this season has started 3 games is 2-1 4.22 era and has 17 K's in 21 innings...Overall Hyngary 3,585 K's in his career...
C STEVEN TYUS is off to a good start so far this season...After a great year last season Tyus in 12 games is hitting .304 2 homers and 7 Rbi's....Tyus also has been mentioned in a few trade rumors....Lets see what happens....Last season Tyus .291 with a .401 OBP.....
