The Stars saw a nice start in APRIL going 16-11 have fallen down in MAY,JUNE and now JULY...Over the last two and half months the Stars record
is 27-44 and now 13 games out of first place...the offence has been horrible..The Stars team batting average is .239 which is at the bottom of the JL divsion...Although there have been a few good surprises so far...

The STARS have young rookie outfielder Yi-lin She having a nice soild year in his first full season with the Stars...26 year old She has 19 homers so far and has 45 RBI'S..Both lead in those catagories for the Stars....

Catcher Jarrett Ellis got his shot at starting after Ray Crabb horrible start...Crabb is hitting .148 4 homers...Ellis has done well so far...He is hitting .293 4 homers...In July alone Eliis is on fire as he is hitting .370 4 homers 10 Rbis...In his last ten games he has 3 games where he has 2 hits....

After 3 years of hitting .250 SS TIM MILLER is having a solid year so far for the Stars...Miller is hitting .288 with 88 hits so far this season....His all time hit total is 154 back in 2001 and he has a shot of breaking that.....
