Former GM found in Southern Indiana

Post by DugoutDesperado » Thu Apr 18, 2024 11:33 pm

After almost a 10-year BBA hiatus, one-time general manager of the Jacksonville Hurricanes has been located living in a cave in southern Indiana. During the massive solar eclipse gatherings in the area, one person noticed a large pile of Hurricane memorabilia at the entrance of the cave along with a bunch of charts from the current Bikini Krill manager, empty cans of Michelob Ultra, a few growlers from a local winery smelling of Legendberry cider and an old baseball card of David Noboru.

Once they went into the cave, the search party was able to coax him out of his place of hiding with an offer to grab the reigns with the Valencia Stars organization.

During his 8 and a half year tenure at Jacksonville from 2041 to 2049, the Hurricanes saw a total demolition and rebuild of the organization along with the opening of a brand-new stadium, The Station at CSX Field. That transformation included going from a 53-109 record in 2042 to a 100-62 record in 2049 which included three straight trips to the playoffs from 2047 to 2049. However, the Hurricanes could never make it past the Doubleday Series which led to a downward spiraling of events in his personal life with the manager becoming homeless and eventually going into hiding.

There will be more updates as events unfold in this ever-unfolding chain of events.

Thanks :) For sure on the changes. Scratching my head at the moment trying to figure out the new scenery both from an OOTP perspective and a Valencia perspective.
