Manager:- Juan Martínez
Limited management experience with 2 seasons at single A ball with the Danville Dodos as surprised many that Martínez as been employed by the Stars, throw in the fact that his record at Danville was 116-164 and a hefty 4 year contract at $828,000 per year and eye brows were raised when it was announced by GM Thomas that the 61 year old Puerto Rican is the new Valencia Stars manager.
Pitching Coach:- Don Lush.
Canadian Don Lush joined the Stars at the tail end of the season, although only joining the Valencia Ball Club with 13 games left of the season many did point to an improvement within the major league pitching staff. Lush signed a 2 year deal worth $84,000, and it's expected if the improvements continue that deal will be extended past the 2046 season.
Hitting Coach:- Jorge Gonzáles.
Gonzáles grew up not that far from the shadow of Honigsfeld Field in Glendale, California. Born and bred a San Fernando Bears fan his alliances have changed since gaining employment with the Stars at the start of the 2045 season. Gonzáles still as 2 years left of a 3 year $190,000 deal.
Bench Coach:- Francisco Pinto
Pinto is another experimental project the Stars seem to be running within there organisation, this will be the Venezuelans first job in the majors in fact it will be the 49 year olds first job within baseball. A sabermetric background seems to have helped get Pinto on the first rung of the ladder, only time will tell if he keeps on the ladder or falls of.
Team Trainer:- Jorge De Los Santos.
Recently signed a new contract for $342,000 per year for the next 4 years, this will take his tenure with the Stars to 14 years. Santos is regarded as one of the best team trainers in the business, the Puerto Rican born trainer not only uses modern medical techniques but is also known to use herbal remedies to great effect.

Manager:- Ludo Bonaiuncta Fired 2/26/2046
Bonaiuncta started midway through last season after taking a break from baseball when the FPL shut down, during its last season he had been manager of the Venice Crawdads. Despite his $1,000,000 plus contract lasting another 4 years it's rumoured the Italian born manager is on a short leash, if he doesn't improve on his .333 win % with the Stars he could be replaced before the All Star break.
