So an “arroyo” in Spanish is a small river that never stops.
I’d vote for “Kappa,” which is a river demon.

Re: Valencia Stars Announcements, Chatter & Blog.
As I've stood down from being the Valencia Stars GM I thought this may help the new GM of the Stars.
1) Arthur Dempster is earning over $20 million in your first year of being in charge, I did have a gentleman's agreement with Aaron of the Rockville Pikemen to keep him on the roster until the end of this season. I'll be honest my heart says keep him as he could hit 250 wins, my head says cut him. You have plenty of money to cut him in the Stars slush fund, Rockville paid Valencia $35 million to take Arthur on board and not a penny as been touched if memory serves me right.
2) Aaron Haney, you'll get plenty of offers for him don't you worry. Of course it's up to you if you trade him but keep in mind his stats but most of all his popularity that he gives to the Stars.
3) I didn't realise how bad the Stars were when I took over fan interest, player chemistry and finances etc were a mess, I believe I've improved those in fact I know I have.
4) The last couple years Valencia have managed on average have won 8 games more than the previous year, hopefully you'll keep that trend going if not more.
5) The minors may need a look at, more for where players are rather than good prospects. I pretty much left them to the managers this season concentrating more on the majors, on the outside they didn't do a bad job but you'll need to have a closer look.
Anyway I hope I've left a solid foundation for you to build on, I hope you enjoy your time with the Stars as I have.
To the league, I consider some of you as good friends and hope that continues. Mike thank you for the logos, caps and jerseys that you did for the Valencia organisation, far as I'm concerned your the best MOD within the OOTP community. I know I've also had words with a couple GMs, I hope you never took it personally. One thing I would like to say no matter if I've had words with a GM they've always been one of the first if not THE first to help if I've had a problem file wise or such. It was my intention to go back to Athens and spend the rest of my years in the Brewster were I began my journey but I received no feedback, I guess plans change.
In ending thank you for the enjoyment, thank you for reading my articles even the bad ones but most of all to the Valencia Stars all I have to say is BEAT NASHVILLE!
