The Stars are are going through a huge transition in 2043 as the team has been playing horrible all year and 10 games below .500 its looking bad this season... The biggest surprise is the once power offense is not scoring and hitting all season. When the offence is good the team always contended but this season with both the offense and pitching struggling the result is telling...

SP Jafar Haamid is one of the bright spots this season in the rotation..Haamid is 4-2 3.66 ERA. In his last 3 games he is 2-0, with a 2.22 ERA. This season Haamid should reach 180 to 200 innings as its his first time as a full time starter... The most innings Haamid has pitched was in 128 innings. Haamid, 24, had a horrible season last year in his first full season with the Stars. Haamid in 32 games was 3-7 and a very high 6.41 ERA.. Although he did have 96 K's in 87 innings..

Catcher Mario Rolo is looking better this year. Last season the 23 year got his first starting roll with the Stars, hit .225 14 homers.. This season Rolo is projected to hit 15 homers but the big difference could be his Rbi projections of 77...Rolo as of today is hitting .257 6 30...

SS Ángel Zalapa after last year having a good power year 38 homers hit below .300. This season he is projected to hit 36 homers again but with a .266 average..Although Zalapa always has a better second half so hopefully he can end up over .300 this year..Still from a SS who continually hits over 30 homers is still rare...Zalapa has 288 homers in 7 years and should see number 300 before the year ends...
