The Stars stated the season with so many good weeks followed by some bad baseball weeks...Not been consistent has been the Stars biggest issue so far this season...In April the Stars went 11-16 and now in May they are 11-11. hopefully a good week will putt he Stars over a .500 month. The Stars still remain in 4th place and in the Wild Card race there only 2 games behind...

Veteran SP Donald Harris is off to a good start for the Stars. Harris was a FA pickup this off season and so far is 4-0, 2.56 ERA after many years playing for
JACKSONVILLE. Last season was Harris worse as he went 8-12 with a 6.67 ERA... The Stars are hoping Harris can keep pitching the same the rest of the season...Great start for Harris....

Another vet SP the Stars brought back Jermaine Clayton. Clayton last season for the Stars went 6-4 4.91 and started 9 games but most of his innings were from the pen. When ace SP Hernandez went down for the season the Stars brought Clayton back for one more season. So far the 34 year old is 3-1 with a 3.80 ERA, So he has really helped the Stars so far this season...

One of the Stars biggest mysteries has been 1B/DH Júlio Guerra. Guerra was suppose to be the starting first baseman 3 years ago. Each season he gets brought up and each season he is sent to the minors...In 2040 at 22 he had his first shot. Guerra hit .229 5 12 in 49 games and was sent back to the minors. In 2041 at 23 Guerra again was starting at 1B and in 32 games hit .207 3 11... Ok now on to this season, 2042. Guerra has his shot, showing some decent power numbers but after 33 games he has hit .174 8 12... Unbeliveable…Now what? Maybe the minors again...This time the Stars will wait until the end of June although he now is a bench player and get occasional starts...
