The Hawaii Tropics play the Sacramento Mad Popes in a three game series at Diamond Head.



Game 1- The Hawaii bullpen implodes once again allowing eight runs in the final two innings to give the Mad Popes the win.

DH Ernest McBride was 2 for 4 with a homer, a run scored and two RBI.

CF Michel Noel was 2 for 4 with a homer, double, two runs scored and two RBI.

RP Raymond Ortiz got he start and went 5 1/3 innings giving up four runs on ten hits and struck out three batters. He led the game with the lead but gets a no decision.



Sacramento wins 12-6.



Game 2- The Tropics fall short in their comeback attempt and will lose another series.

Ernest McBride was 1 for 3 with a triple, a run and an RBI.

RF Mike Campbell was 2 for 3 with two runs scored.

SP Zak Johnson is fading fast at the end of the season. Johnson pitched 5 2/3 innings surrendering five runs on six hits, walked three and struck out three. He falls to 11-5 on the season.



Sacramento wins 5-3.



Game 3- Hawaii SP Niccolo “Notorious” Destefani rides to the rescue as he pitches six innings allowing just a run on seven hits, walked one and struck out six. He improves to 8-14 on the season.

Ernest McBride was 2 for 4 with his 45th homer of the season.

Michel Noel was 1 for 2 with a homer, two runs scored and an RBI.



Hawaii wins 4-1 but loses the series 2-1.



The Tropics host the Valencia Stars in the final two Hawaii home games of the 2045 BBA season.



Game 1- SP Alaric Wullenweber strike out eleven batters but the Tropics cant get the job done as they drop another game. Wullenweber pitched just 5 innings and gave up three runs on seven hits and walked one. He falls to 19-6 on the season with a 2.61 ERA.

Mike Campbell was 2 for 3 with a solo homer.



Valencia Pons 4-3.



Game 2-Hawaii RPs Stephen Taub and Norm McConnell blow yet another game giving up four runs in the top of the ninth as the Tropics are swept in a two game series by the Valencia Stars.

GM Jim Walker was heard to say to his assistant, “Call the agent for those two pricks and tell them to fuck off. They are lucky we are in a pennant race or they would be out of job right now.”

LF Bastiao Fardos was 2 for 2 with a double, a triple, three walks, scoring a run and two RBI.

SP Jesus Gonzalez went 5 2/3 innings giving up two runs on four hits and struck out eight batters but received a no decision.



Valencia wins 6-5.
