there is a reason for the madness that is spring training. Players do obtain a "rust" rating when not playing for an extended period of time. Spring training time is necessary to shake off that rust and get your players performing up to their normal ratings. They extended this rust rating to long term injuries and we can now send injured players on rehab assignments. Im interested to see how this works in an online league.

Also your owner is nuts for expecting a winning season. Our division has been tough lately and will be again this year.
