Are there no depths to the Popes' General Manager's inadequacies? How many more seasons must we endure such poor planning and ineptitude? I've been a season ticket holder for the last 35 years and will be spending my money on more fulfilling pursuits, like Pickleball or Falconry or the collection of antique DVDs. What use is it to watch our team win the Pacific over and over again by the skin of their teeth only to lose in the playoffs to some team from the ass-backward prairies of this great nation?

I don't even know what to do with my Lou Bayou game-worn jersey. I want to continue cheering this kid on. He pieced together a nearly 6 WAR season while being managed and coached by a cluster of morons who couldn't run a fly-by-night pickle stand at the Sacramento Renaissance Festival (which will continue to get my hard-earned money, by the way).

Send Shoeless out East. Send him back to Antarctica. But please stop allowing him to squat over this beloved Sacramento organization and take his massive imbecile dumps.
