SAI -- This is Triple P. I'm Sai, and he's [feigns a hand towards his cohost] Aarav.
AARAV -- What going on with you? Shouldn't you be overjoyed?
SAI -- Why? Just because it's September 1st and the Crusaders have taken sole possession of first place in the Pacific Division for the first time this season? And we got there after a 20-8 August? And because GM Shoeless actually made a trade that could be classified as not catastrophic? And part of that trade includes some Grecian guy who actually fits atop the Crusader lineup in front of "Horrible"? And with the Grecian character we also received "Basher" Kun to fill the rotation spot for Jaime Mercado, who we sent away in the trade? And we also got a five-time all-star who was also a five-time Charles Puckett Golden Bat Award winner at SS and who is also the better looking of the two Warehams? And really the other minor league pieces we sent in the trade, SP Johnny Hale and 2B Greg Jones, would have been a ways from seeing the big squad anyway? Is that why I should be overjoyed, Aarav? Is that why?
AARAV -- Uh, yeah. Pretty much all that.
SAI -- Nope, I'm not falling for that garbage.
AARAV -- Garbage?
SAI -- Something just doesn't seem right.
AARAV -- What do you mean? It all feels right. We're sailing hard towards Port Landis and the wind is definitely The Right Wind™!
SAI -- Stop. Stop. Do you hear that sound? [cranes his neck] It's like a "whoosh, whoosh".
AARAV -- [turns his head to listen] I don't hear anything but The Right Wind™.
SAI -- No, it's there. It's faint, but I can hear it.
AARAV -- Sooooo ... today's top story?
SAI -- No. No story. I want to go home. I need to go home. [walks off set]
[Aarav looks at the camera and just shrugs his shoulders]
