SP Oscar Funke
2-0 with a 1.50 ERA and 11 K's in 18.0 IP. Funke was lights out. 2 complete game efforts. Fantastic.

Batter of the sim:
2B Mack Randall
.484 Avg in 31 AB's. Great sim for the offense overall but if u hit almost .500 its a no brainer to be player of the sim.

6-3 sim. Pretty good sim. Lost 2 out of 3 to Valencia leaving the season series tied. Take that out of the equation and we destroyed the rest of the sim. Jacinto blasted 5 homeruns to break out of his slow start for our team. The aforementioned Mack damn near hit .500. Even Peter Montserrat who has no power at all knocked out 4 HR! Gotta give some special mention to Jeff Langenhan for filling in outstandingly with the injruy to Oh Jr. Langenhan hit .355 for the sim.

Big series coming up with Vancouver. If we were to sweep them then the division race just might be back on. If we lose even one game tho there is no way we are catching them. It's doubtful we will catch them anyway but we seem to have a pretty good stranglehold on the wildcard.
