James Buck (1995-1997):
Regular Season: 222-264 - .457

Buck managed the team through three seasons of mediocrity, never winning more than 80 games.

Brett Rose (1998-2020):
Regular Season: 1,804-1,922 - .484
Division Titles: 2016, 2018, 2019
Playoff Record: 13-17

Rose’s 23 years represents the longest tenure of any Nine manager. His reign saw the team play erratic, but mostly crappy ball in Phoenix before moving to Yellow Springs. Two seasons later (2016) his club won their first division crown in the modern era, before losing in the Cartwright. His teams won two more division titles before he was forced out after the 2020 season.

Rose was inducted to the team's Hall of Fame in 2034
Woody Woodbury (2021):
Regular Season: 36-104 - .250

We’re not sure why Woodbury was hired, but it’s clear why he was fired. Woodbury retreated into a Federal witness protection program and has not been heard of since.
NONE (2022-2026):
Regular Season: 326-484 - .402
Division Titles: 2026
Playoff Record: 1-2

For several seasons the managers went on strike, leaving GMs to do the deed, sitting in the dugouts with their old-timey suits and ties. Those were the days, eh?
Image
Angel Gomez (2027):
Regular Season: 75-87 - .463

Gomez took a perfectly good team that had been to the post season the year before, and augured it into the ground. He was gone a season later.
Image
Dave Head (2028):
Regular Season: 89-73 - .549
Playoff Record: 2-5

Head was a believer in Transcendental Meditation and other mystic arts from the east, combined with the application of discipline that might have been straight outta the Gulag. His team won, though. Went to the post season, then he disappeared only to emerge in the minors. The team later blamed an administrative error made by their assistant GM for Head’s departure,

Bret Richards (2029-2037):
Regular Season: 326-484 - .402
Division Titles: 2031, 2033, 2035, 2036
Playoff Record: 34-36

Led the team through its greatest period, winning four division tiles and going to the post season eight straight years. His players loved him, and he was known to crack jokes in his post-game press conferences, Never won the big one, though, and after a heavy regression, in 2037, the team let his pricey contract expire.

Bill Inkster (2038-Present):
Regular Season: 403-245 - .622
Division Titles: 2038, 2039, 2040, 2041
Playoff Record: 24-21
