Carlos Núñez was drafted 10th in the 1st round of the 2065 Rule 5 draft from the Atlantic City Gamblers.
Nunez is a 25-year-old left-handed reliever with solid leadership skills. He will have Spring Training to prove himself or be returned to the Gamblers before Opening Day.

Juan Cerchuleta was drafted 10th in the 2nd round of the 2065 Rule 5 draft from the Louisville Sluggers.
A former 2nd round draft pick in 2060, Juan is a lefty power bat with solid work ethic and positive leadership skills. His defense leaves much to be desired at first base. He will also have until Opening Day to impress the coaches in Mexico City.

Lost in the draft was 24-year-old Swiss army knife second baseman Brent Mack.
Mack joins the Sacramento Mad Popes who dominated the Rule 5 draft this year. It remains to be seen if he can earn a roster spot on the Pope's ML roster in 2065

If Nunez isn’t going to make yer roster let me know. Like that pick a lot.

The first baseman looks like a decent source of power in a platoon. You’d like to do better but he can be a placeholder for cheap.

Popes took a second baseman from me too so one of us should get our guy back!

Good picks. I was about to say Nunez looks like someone I would draft, then I saw that I did last year. A couple of good grinders that should outperform their ratings.

Trying him out in my platoons that I am messing around with.
He also bumped on the dev report after this last sim so we will wait and see for a few more sims.
