Madison, 01/01/2057 - The Madison Wolves proudly announce the signing of free-agent center fielder Jamie Angwin to a one-year contract worth $13 million. Angwin, known for his impressive hitting prowess and defensive skills, brings a wealth of experience to the Wolves' outfield. The signing was confirmed today by Mike Simon, General Manager of the Madison Wolves.
In his nine-year career in the BBA, Jamie Angwin has consistently been a force to be reckoned with at the plate. His impressive numbers, including a career .256 batting average, .331 on-base percentage, and .449 slugging percentage, showcase his ability to make an impact in various offensive categories. With a wRC+ of 106, Angwin has proven to be an above-average offensive contributor throughout his career.

Angwin spent the 2056 season with San Fernando, where he demonstrated his offensive capabilities by hitting .249 with a .405 slugging percentage. His ability to hit for power, as evidenced by 19 home runs in the season, adds a significant dimension to the Wolves' lineup. He's a very popular here in the Madison area, and will help us put some butts in the seats. GM Simon added.
