November 09, 2052 - The team All-Star 3B Salvador Allende came to an agreement on a 4-year contract extension that will keep the home-grown product in a Wolves jersey until 2057. Drafted by the Wolves in the 2038 draft, Allende debuted wiht the club in 2040 as a 19yo and hasn't looked back since.
"Coming into my contract year, I was concerned the club wasn't going to reach out, after for me was a very frustrating season. I played in only 100 games, the lowest of my career since 2043. When I finished my rehab, I rejoined the club in August and show Skip Myers and GM Simon what I am capable of. In the final 26 games of the season, he helpped the Wolves go 20-6 and pulling the team back to the .500 mark for the season. For his part Allende slashed .284/.416/.677. "
He may not get the headlines as his fellow 2038 draftmate gets, (Shimizu), but he is still an important part of our team here in Madsion GM Simon added.
