Game 1
Friday night in Cheese/Beer town pitted the two top teams from the greatest division in baseball face off. The crowd of over 47,334 was treated to a great game, (the Wolves 2nd extra inning game of the season). Alas, they saw their beloved Wolves fall to those Rule-5-player-swipin' Cyclones in 10 innings. Rookie Buano Mainaky had another solid outing, 6 IP allowing 1 run (too bad it was a HR) which tied the game at 1. Tim Cochran hit the solo shot with 2 outs in the inning, that tied the game at 1. Both teams bullpens were spectacular on the night, but Senen Subandrio made one mistake and Orlando Ortonez made him pay, putting it 388ft into the right field seats. The Wolves were unable to answer in the bottom of the frame and fall to 7-6 on the year. Jose Hernandez led the way offensively going 2-4, with 2B Ettan Cherukuri providing the Wolves only run with a solo home run in the 5th inning. Final Score: Wolves 1 - Cyclones 2

Game 2
After what another loss of a big payday (no Saturday game) gee thanks BBA schedule makers, the Wolves' welcomed the Chicago 9-4 division leading Black Sox to town. Catcher Bin Wan had a great game. Wan was 2-4 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Wolves. Ira Dawson earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record is now 1-0 on the season. Senen Subandrio rebounded quickly from last night's dinger, to finish the game for Madison and earned his 3rd save. Final Score: Wolves 6 - Black Sox 5

Game 3
Miyamoto (1-1) took the mound for the Wolves in this game vs Malik bin Adnan (1-1). Adin got the better in this outing, as Miyamoto was hit hard, allowing 4 runs over 6.1 innings (3 in the top of the 1st). His teammates only mustered 1 run in the bottom of the second, and he left the game down 3-1. The lone bright spot for the Wolve's once again was Jose Hernandez going 2-4. Stop me of this sounds familiar but 2B Ettan Cherukuri drove in the Wolves only run on the night. The team ended the 13 game home stand with a 8-5 record. Final Score: Wolves 1 - Black Sox 5

Game 4
The team used Wednesday as a travel day as they headed down to Louisville to op a 3-game series. In what was another close game the Wolve's lost another one in extra innings. This time it was Dana Pualani's turn. Pualani gave up a one out triple to Ricardo Yanez, and then a SAC fly in the bottom of the 11th to CF Reed Graham that scored the game winner. Starter Carter Morris was in position to win the game as the Wolves put up 3 runs in the top of the 7th to go ahead 3-2. But the normally stout Wolves bullpen gave up 1 run in each of the next 3 innings. Pinch hitter Elmer Stickles delivered with that 3 run HR in 7th but it was no avail. Final Score: Wolves 4 - Sluggers - 5

Game 5
In the second game of the series, the wheels continue to fall of the train with the Wolves pitching staff allowing 15 hits and 10 runs. Buwono Mainaky and Ira Dawson got bent over early in this one, allowing for a combined 8 runs over 5.1 innings Mainaky (5) & Dawson (3). Ettan Cherukuri continued his hot bat going 2-4 with an RBI, his 6th on the season. Manobu also drove in his team leading 9th of the season in the game. Final Score: Wolves 3 - Sluggers - 10
