South Bend, IN - In a shock to GM Simon back at the mother ship, when he arrived in the office this morning sipping his cup-o-joe, and munching on his little Debbie cakes, he opened an email from Manager Robert Hines....

Completing his original 6 year contract (one of the first Manager's GM Simon brought aboard), the 61 year old decided to call it quits. Posting a 429-435 record in his 6 years at the helm. He kept the team competitive each season, finsishing as high as 2nd place, missing the wild card by one game in 2044. Hines play 12 years in the minors, making it only as far as AAA in 2014 for El Paso Borderhounds.
In his place the Wolves decided to promote within the organization and assigned AA manager Jimmy Dias to skipper the AAA Club. We felt that it was good recognition of Jimmy leading the Big Eye Fish to their first title in 43 years. The 43 year Puerto Rican born was reunited with some of his players who he coached in 2044 championship. "Es bueno estar aquí en South Bend para volver a ver a todos mis viejos jugadores. Me siento como en casa y agradezco al GM Simon por la oportunidad."
