Looking back at Madison's 2043 draft we won't know for a few years if their "Shot Gun" approach to selection pitchers will deliver any major-league talent. Overall, of their 21 selections it breaks down as follows:

They tended to draft more "College Ready" players in this years draft also, taking only 4 High School players (3P and LF Mike Griffin). In the past Madison has moved their top pick through the minors rather quickly, with such a lack of depth / talent at the major-league level. Now that GM Simon has added some veteran depth at the major-league level, perhaps some of these kids can get some much needed experience at the MiLB level.
